This project was designed to promote the restaurant and the chef, and was a series of 5 videos. Bangkok Bob’s has gone on to run training workshops. The videos were all filmed on site and required detailed planning, not only due to the format, shot list, scripting and coaching of the chef, but also the presentation of the ingredients. Managing the lighting was also a priority due to the background window. Gareth was excellent and very patient and the project was a great success.
